Before you travel, Renov8 helps prepare the practical arrangements surrounding your London home.
When you arrive, a Renov8 representative personally meets you at the airport and travels with you to the property.
And our service does not disappear the following morning.
Throughout your first eight weeks, Renov8 remains involved with professional weekly cleaning, practical settling-in assistance, scheduled check-ins, household setup and continued support while you establish your new life in London.

Your First Eight Weeks
ONE LESS THING TO THINK ABOUT
Signature Relocation includes one professional home-cleaning visit each week for the first eight weeks after move-in.
The intention is simple: while you are settling into London, there is one less practical responsibility to organise.
The same eight-week cleaning service can be added to Private Search or Complete Relocation for £795.
For unusually large properties or requirements outside a standard residential cleaning service, any alternative arrangement will be discussed before confirmation.

THE DETAILS THAT TURN A PROPERTY INTO A HOME
Moving into a new property involves more than receiving the keys.
Signature Relocation includes practical support with utility-account transfer and setup, broadband arrangements, council-tax or student administration where applicable, household-service sourcing and coordination of move-in essentials.
Where a provider requires the tenant to provide identification, approve an agreement, make a payment or complete an action personally, Renov8 helps coordinate the process rather than acting without the client's authority.
Third-party bills and purchases remain payable by the client unless expressly stated otherwise.
Welcome to London
WE DON'T SIMPLY ARRANGE YOUR AIRPORT TRANSFER. WE MEET YOU THERE.
Personal Airport Welcome & Accompanied Arrival is included within Signature Relocation.
A Renov8 representative personally meets you at the agreed London airport, travels with you in the pre-arranged chauffeur-driven vehicle and accompanies you to your new London home.
The same service can be added to Private Search or Complete Relocation for £495.

Where a service requires separate third-party expenditure, those costs remain payable by the client unless expressly stated as included.
Where additional expenditure is required, it should be agreed with the client before it is incurred.

Bronze, Silver and Gold provide a clear framework for most private relocations.
For unusually complex moves, corporate assignments, diplomatic postings, multi-property requirements or clients requiring a particularly bespoke level of assistance, Renov8 can prepare an individual relocation proposal.
The service can be structured around the property search, family requirements, arrival arrangements and the level of ongoing London support required.
