Where the service has been arranged, your Renov8 representative will be waiting at the agreed meeting point after your arrival.
Once you meet, you do not need to work out which train to take, where to find a taxi rank or how to reach an unfamiliar London address with your luggage.
Your onward journey has already been organised.

Your chauffeur-driven vehicle will be arranged in advance based on the passenger and luggage information provided when your arrival is booked.
Your Renov8 representative travels with you for the journey.
For a student arriving in London for the first time, this means they are not navigating the final stage of an international move alone.
For a professional, diplomat or private client, it provides a more personal and coordinated transition from international travel to their London residence.

Travelling with luggage
A VEHICLE SELECTED AROUND YOUR ARRIVAL
International relocations rarely involve travelling light.
Students moving to London for an academic year, families relocating internationally and professionals beginning longer assignments may arrive with considerably more luggage than an ordinary airport passenger.
When arranging your arrival, we ask for:
- Number of passengers
- Number of large suitcases
- Additional hand luggage
- Oversized items where applicable
- Any particular vehicle requirements
We can then arrange an appropriate vehicle for the declared passenger and luggage requirements.
For normal international arrivals, the appropriate vehicle requirement is included within the standard service.
Exceptional luggage requirements, unusually large parties or specialist vehicle requests may require a separate quotation, which will be discussed in advance.

- Appropriate standard vehicle based on declared passengers and luggage
- Journey directly to your London property
- Personal accompaniment on arrival
- Assisted arrival / check-in coordination where included and arranged
The £495 service can be booked independently or is included within selected Renov8 relocation packages.
Exceptional vehicle requirements, unusually large parties, specialist transport or journeys outside our normal service area may require a separate quotation. Any additional cost will be discussed before the service is confirmed.

For clients choosing one of our more comprehensive relocation packages, Personal Airport Welcome & Accompanied Arrival may already form part of the service.
That allows the journey to remain connected from beginning to end.
The same team that helps you navigate your London property search can continue supporting your move through the tenancy process and into the day you arrive.
Where included within your selected package, there is no separate £495 airport-arrival charge.
First day in London
