Where agreed, Renov8 can attend suitable properties on your behalf and give you a much clearer understanding of what is actually there. Live Video Viewing Join us in real time as we walk through the property. You can ask questions, request closer views of particular rooms or features and experience the property as though you were attending yourself. Recorded Property Tour We can provide a detailed recorded walkthrough for you to review whenever convenient. This can be particularly useful when parents, family members or other decision-makers are in different locations or time zones. Live & Recorded If you want both, we can combine a live viewing with a recorded tour for later reference. Our aim is to give you more information than photographs and a written property advertisement can provide alone.

   CHOOSE THE RIGHT HOME

   YOU DECIDE WHEN THE PROPERTY FEELS RIGHT Once you have reviewed the available options and completed any viewings you require, you decide which property you would like to pursue. We can help you understand the next steps and communicate with the relevant landlord, letting agent or property representative as appropriate. There is no pressure to choose a property simply because we have viewed it. The objective is to help you secure a home that genuinely works for your circumstances.

   PROGRESS YOUR APPLICATION REMOTELY

   MUCH OF THE PROCESS CAN BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU TRAVEL Once you decide to proceed with a property, the application and tenancy process can begin. Depending on the property and landlord, this may involve: Making an offer Providing identification Referencing Proof of study or employment Guarantor information where required Tenancy documentation Deposit arrangements Advance rent where applicable Other information required by the landlord or agent Renov8 helps you understand what is required and supports you through the process while you remain overseas. Where appropriate, we coordinate with the relevant parties to help keep the application moving. Our goal is for as much as reasonably possible to be completed before you arrive in the UK.

   PREPARE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

   YOUR HOME CAN BE WAITING FOR YOU Once the tenancy is agreed, the focus moves from finding your London home to preparing for your move. You know where you are going. For clients requiring additional support, we can also help coordinate the final stages of arrival.

   FROM THE AIRPORT TO YOUR NEW HOME For clients choosing our arrival service, Renov8 can arrange airport collection and chauffeur transfer directly to the property. After a long international journey, you can travel straight to the London home you have already secured. Where assisted check-in forms part of your service, we can also help coordinate your arrival at the property and make the transition into your new home as straightforward as possible. No searching for accommodation after landing. No arriving in London without knowing where you will live. No trying to understand an unfamiliar rental market while adjusting to a new city.
