When a landlord instructs a traditional letting agent to market a property, the landlord is the agent's client in relation to that instruction.
The agent's job is to market and let that landlord's property and represent the landlord within the transaction.

Renov8 can develop an offer strategy with you and negotiate the proposed commercial terms under your authority. Depending on the individual property and your requirements, that may include:

- reasonable property-specific requests
- other proposed terms connected with the tenancy
We communicate with the relevant landlord or letting agent, manage the back-and-forth negotiation and keep you informed as the position develops.
You retain control. We do not agree material changes without the authority you have given us. Our job is to negotiate from your side of the table.
